When you call of visit Dr. Runco it is likely that you will talk to Krista first. Krista is the "go to gal" for Dr. Runco's office. If you have a question regarding insurance, payment, treatment, scheduling or anything else that may arise she can probably answer it. Krista has been working with Dr. Runco for 7 years and pretty much knows what he will say or do before he does. For this reason she has earned the nickname "Radar".
Krista is also the resident expert on Celiac Disease......because she has it and has pretty much read everything on the subject from research papers to cookbooks. If you wanted to ever know anything about Celiac Disease just stop by our office and simply mutter "Celiac". Before you know it you will know more than you ever wanted to about Gluten and all of it evilness. You may even suspect you have Celiac Disease and decide to go Gluten free!

We are convienantly located in MIssion Valley just 10 minutes from the I-5 at the Mission Gorge Road exit off highway 8.

Financial
We accept most major health insurance plans including Kaiser, ASH, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, AETNA and SIGNA. We also accept cash patients and provide a cash discount. Payment and co-payments for services rendered will be collected on the day of service. Cash, credit card and check are all acceptable forms of payment.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
